Futurebuilders England Fund
Futurebuilders England provides loans, grants and business support to third sector organisations in England that need investment to help them bid for, win and deliver public service contracts.
Please note that this fund is currently closed to new applications.
The Fund provides finance as well as flexible and individual professional support to organisations that are delivering public services. We ensure that they have the right financial, managerial and governance structures to take on investment and to compete successfully for contracts in the public sector.
We manage the Futurebuilders England Fund on behalf of the Office of the Third Sector.
Full Investment Fund
Loans-based investment above £50,000, which may also include grants and professional support. The Full Investment Fund is the main product and the majority of Futurebuilders investments are made from this Fund.
Cashflow Fund
Short-term loans (up to two years) to organisations to cover short term cashflow needs required to bid for, win and deliver public sector contracts. The fund is designed to support an organisation through the early stages of public service delivery, before it can generate income.
Tender Fund
Three year interest-free loans of between £3,000 and £50,000 to help organisations tender sucessfully for public sector contracts.
Consortia Fund
Combination of loan finance, £50,000 or above, and professional support specifically for consortium groups aiming to work together to win public service contracts.
